Originally from Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada. Currently a PGY-5 General Surgery Resident at Memorial University of Newfoundland. Will be starting a Complex Surgical Oncology Fellowship in Calgary in July 2023. Completed a Master of Public Health in 2014. Current main research interests include disparities research with specific interest in cancer care access and outcomes in rural and marginalized groups.
