Jessica Kalender-Rich, MD, MHA, CMD, is Professor of Medicine at the University of Kansas Medical Center and the Post-Acute Medical Director at the University of Kansas Health System. She teaches medical students, residents, and fellows in the classroom, simulation lab, skilled nursing facility, and hospital settings. She also works with community post-acute organizations to improve the quality and outcomes of care transitions post-hospitalization.
