Register online using credit card or ACH payment. Immediately upon registering, you will receive your confirmation email and receipt containing hotel reservation information. If you do not see your confirmation and receipt emails, please check your spam folder as they sometimes get pulled into there.  If you still do not see your confirmation or receipt emails, please contact the Society at education@paltc.org to ensure your registration was processed.

Guest Registration

Is your spouse or significant other traveling to Tampa with you? Guest registration entitles your spouse or significant other to attend several of the social events and the General Sessions with you, but excludes CME/CEU credits. Simply add your guest to the form during the registration process.

Guest Registration fee includes:

  • AMDA Social Kick-off
  • Exhibit Hall Welcome Reception
  • Poster Session with Presenters
  • General Sessions on Thursday afternoon, Friday, Saturday and Sunday mornings
  • President's Reception on Saturday

Conditions

Registered Guests must comply with the same health and safety protocols required of all onsite participants of the AMDA conference. Guests who cannot meet the requirements should not register.

Guest registration does not include participation in the education sessions other than the General Sessions, CME/CEU credits, or educational materials. Guests wishing to attend concurrent education sessions, whether collecting CME/CEU credits or not, must register as full attendees. Guest Registration does not apply to current Society members or members of the interdisciplinary team (NPs, DONs, MDs, PAs, RNs, etc.).

Cancellation Policy

All registration cancellations must be made in writing and emailed to registration@paltc.org. Cancellation notices must be received no later than February 15, 2023, for a full refund less a $150 processing fee. Registration cancellations received after February 15, 2023, will not be refunded. No-shows will not receive a refund. Forfeited registration fees cannot be applied to subsequent AMDA programs.

Substitutions will be taken at any time with notification sent to registration@paltc.org. Email must be sent by current registrant with details including the full name of the replacement person, their credentials, mailing address and email address. All registration details will be transferred to the new person. Substitution requests received by February 15, 2023, will be processed without charge. Substitution requests received after February 15, 2023, will incur a $25 processing fee.
