Jeff Brady, MD, FACS
Jeff Brady, MD FACS attended medical school in his hometown at SUNY Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, NY. He completed his urology residency at the University of Miami, FL, and his adult/ pediatric reconstructive urology fellowship at the Devine-Jordan reconstructive center in Norfolk, Virginia, with Gerald Jordan, MD, FACS. He has been at the same practice in Orlando, FL since 2000. Initially, this included urologic reconstruction, kidney transplant surgery (2000-2004), cryoablation of prostate cancer (2000-2012) as well as general urology - including the first published series of focal therapy ("Male Lumpectomy" 2007). He also directed the Orlando prostate cancer support group in partnership with the American Cancer Society from 2000-2016.
More recently his practice transitioned to exclusively focusing on reconstructive urology. He is emphasizing care for patients with Stress Urinary Incontinence (SUI-post prostatectomy - sling and artificial sphincter), Erectile Dysfunction (ED-medical and surgical treatment-inflatable penile prosthesis), Foreplay Incontinence and Climacturia (inflatable prosthesis and sling - Mini Jupette), Urethral Strictures, and Peyronie's disease as well as some pediatric urologic conditions.
He has been married for over 20 years to his better half, Denise. They have 3 children and enjoy spending time cheering them on at their sports events and exercising (running, cycling, and paddle boarding) together. He played Div. 1 baseball at LeMoyne College, currently coaches 14 U baseball with the Winter Park Diamond Dawgs, and plays occasionally with men's adult teams. While his children were younger, he took up triathlon in 2005. He was a multiyear All-American for his age group, completed the 2014 Ironman Lake Placid (140.6), and qualified for the Half Ironman (70.3) World Championships in 2007 and 2012.
