Eve Segal, PharmD, BCOP is the lead clinical pharmacist for hematology/oncology specialists at the University of Washington Medical Center/Seattle Cancer Care Alliance and a clinical instructor at the University of Washington School of Pharmacy in Seattle, WA. Her primary responsibilities include collaborating with the interprofessional medical oncology team for the care of patients with solid malignancies. Eve received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences University in Boston, MA in May 2011. She completed her PGY1 pharmacy practice residency at Norwood Hospital in Norwood, MA. She completed her PGY2 oncology pharmacy practice residency at St. Luke’s Mountain States Tumor Institute in Boise, ID in 2013. She became board certified in oncology (BCOP) in 2016. Eve currently serves as a member of ASHP’s Section Advisory Group on Clinical Scientists and Specialists Educational Steering Committee. Her professional interests include targeted therapies, patient education, and optimizing patient care via technology-based solutions.
