Holly Williams is a Communications Supervisor and Training Coordinator with Orange County Emergency Communications in Virginia. Holly has over 16 years of service in communications having served many roles thru the ranks to include officer, training officer, supervisor, and training coordinator.
Holly is a certified as an APCO Communications Training Officer (CTO), Communications Center Supervisor (CCS), APCO Agency Instructor for CTO, CCS, and PST. Holly also holds certifications as a general instructor for her regional criminal justice academy where she teaches the Communications Basic classes numerous times a year. Holly is an APCO Registered Public-Safety Leader and is finishing Certified Public-Safety Executive class. Holly is a NENA Emergency Number Professional (ENP) and Center Manager Certification Program (CMCP).
Holly is very active in her state chapter, currently serving as the VA Chapter Treasurer as well as she has served on several APCO Committees, and most recently serves on the Professional Development & Events Committee, as the Vice-Chair. Holly enjoys mentoring her teammates and others in her center. Holly works hard to ensure that everyone in her center is committed to training and development for their own career growth.
