Pearland Police Officer Herbert Oubre. I have been with the department since 2008 and am currently assigned to patrol. I have experience in K9 and Field Training. I am an instructor for the department on numerous topics to included Search and Seizure and UAS operations. I became a certified remote pilot in 2018. I have over 120 hours of flight time in the past 2 years on numerous DJI models and recently was integrated with our SWAT team for operations.
