Tom is a former Chief of Police from the Seattle area, who has spent the last 25 years in the private sector as a business development and industry executive in public safety technologies and solutions. He has a broad understanding of communication and collaboration systems, common operating platforms and inetgration of best-in-class edge solutions across the Azure cloud stack. He holds a Bacherlor's Degree from the University of California at Irvine in Social Ecology, and an Executive Leadership/Mini MBA Certificate from Pepperdine University's Graziadio School of Business. He is also a graduate of the FBI National Academy, Session #167.
