Meeting registration includes in-person attendance, access to the HUB sponsors and HUB sessions, access to virtual content presented one week prior to the in-person event, virtual poster gallery, as well as access to select sessions that will be live stream and on-demand post conference.

Meeting registration also includes virtual attendance option. Virtual attendee will have access to the virtual poster gallery, virtual meeting the week prior to Dallas, live stream sessions taking place in Dallas, and session recordings that will be posted on-demand post conference. Meeting registration fee is the same for in-person and virtual.

Maximize your experience via participation in-person or virtually. Concurrent sessions, the Great Debates, featured lectures – so much delivered! View sessions and lectures and hear notable speakers a second time around via the SSO 2022 on-demand content, accessible through ExpertEd@SSO. Session recordings will be available to all meeting attendees who register for the meeting shortly after the conclusion of the meeting. All attendees, HUB partners, guests, spouses and staff at the in-person International Conference on Surgical Cancer Care must be fully vaccinated.

CME credit will be available for specific sessions occurring at the in-person event. CME credit will not be available for virtual and/or on-demand content offered pre and post meeting. CME credit will be available for selected live stream sessions for our virtual audience. 

*Guest/Spouse registration includes Wednesday Welcome Reception, Thursday Happy Hour and SSO HUB access. Spouse/Guest registration is restricted to networking and social events only and is not to be used as full conference registration Spouse/Guest registration does not have access to scientific sessions.

COVID Vaccine status: SSO requires that all in-person attendees be vaccinated, including HUB partners, guests, spouses and staff. Meeting participants are required to complete a health attestation during online and on-site registration verifying their fully vaccinated status. SSO recognizes exceptions for individuals with a medical or religious reason as identified by the CDC. Visit the Covid Health and Safety page for more information.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made in writing to the SSO. For cancellations received before January 11, 2022, a 50% cancellation charge will apply. No cancellations will be refunded after January 11, 2022, due to the on-demand availability of this scientific content to meeting registrants.

Visa Letter Request

If you are not a U.S. citizen and are planning to attend SSO 2022, advance planning is critical. Citizens of some foreign countries will need a visa to enter the United States and attend SSO 2022.

If you would like to request an invitation letter from the Society of Surgical Oncology for your visa application, you must first register and pay in full for the meeting. To obtain a visa invitation letter, have your registration confirmation number available and visit the visa link in your registration confirmation email. Please contact ssoregistration@spargoinc.com for any questions regarding visa letters.

Children under 12

For safety reasons, children under age of 12 (including infants in carriers and strollers, or hand-carried infants and toddlers) are not permitted in the meeting space, educational sessions or SSO HUB.
