COVID Health & Safety

SSO’s primary focus is the health, saftey and wellness of all meeting attendees. We are committed to following all COVID-19 Guidelines as issued by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to help ensure an environment that is safe. Current guidelines encompass information from the CDCSSO 2022 guidelines may be updated in accordance with the CDC guidelines.

Vaccination Status

SSO requires that all in-person attendees be vaccinated, including HUB partners, guests, spouses and staff. Meeting participants are required to complete a health attestation during online registration verifying their fully vaccinated status. SSO recognizes exceptions for individuals with a medical or religious reason as identified by the CDC. Contact ssoregistration@spargoinc.com in writing to request an exemption to this policy.

Face Coverings

SSO has a mask mandate, all in-person attendees (regardless of vaccination status) are required to wear masks inside the hotel and meeting space at all times, unless actively eating or drinking. SSO will be providing N95 masks to registrants.

Attendees will be required to keep their masks on during presentations and moving throughout the meeting space.

Additional Safety Measures

The Hilton Anatole Hotel has implemented protocols for cleaning and disinfecting the property, hotel rooms and common areas.

SSO has implemented the following safety measures:
  • Hand sanitizer stations throughout the meeting space — including building entrances, meeting rooms, and lobbies — and an established schedule for re-filling the stations. Touch-free dispensers will be used wherever possible.
  • N95 masks will be distributed onsite.
  • Reduced touch points for no-contact registration.
  • A continual cleaning and disinfecting routine enforced throughout the hotel during event hours and overnight, especially in high-touch areas.
  • Regular and thorough disinfection of the restrooms during event hours. Restrooms include the following touch-free items: soap dispensers, sink faucets, toilet fixtures, paper-towel and toilet paper dispensers.
  • Welcome Reception will take place in outdoor space at the Hilton Anatole.
  • Safety protocols and service adjustments may be in effect in hotels, restaurants, and other businesses. Please be sure to check the SSO 2022 websites for updates prior to arrival.
