Olaf Weckesser has served as the Chief Financial & Operating Officer at The Pingry School in Basking Ridge, NJ since 2012. In this role, Mr. Weckesser is responsible for "everything that isn't admission, teaching or fundraising", including Enterprise Risk Management (ERM).
Pingry has identified ERM as a strategic priority and began to build a formal program in 2016. Partnering closely with its consultants from Arthur J. Gallagher, the Pingry School has built a robust process that enables the school to lookk beyond the traditional definition of "risk", to identify and address strategic business opportunities.
