Registration for ABPN diplomates at the ACLP member rate is supported by a grant from the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology

Non-members note: To benefit from member rates, join the Academy before registering for the conference. You can apply for membership on this page of our website. Only once you have completed the application process will you then receive member registration rates. The Academy no longer retroactively extends member rates if you apply to join after registering for the conference.

The Academy of Consultation-Liaison Psychiatry is proud to offer CLP 2022 in two different experience packages:

Online registration paid with credit card is the preferred means of registering for CLP 2022. We no longer provide registration forms or accept faxes. Please contact the Executive Office if you wish to pay by check.

ACLP TERMS & CONDITIONS, AND EVENT POLICIES

Health & Safety at CLP 2022

ACLP does not require conference attendees to be COVID-19 vaccinated, but it is strongly encouraged. You are not required to declare or document your vaccination status to register or participate in the conference.

ACLP strongly recommends but is not mandating the wearing of masks at CLP 2022. Please be respectful of personal choices.

ACLP also recognizes we are in uncertain times and our health and safety policy may need to change dramatically to adapt to circumstances. We will be following CDC guidance closely and will update Academy members and registrants should our policy need to change. Thank you for your understanding.

Event Terms and Conditions

Our Event Terms & Conditions apply to all ACLP events and before you can complete your registration you must acknowledge and accept them. Should you not wish to accept the Event Terms & Conditions you should not register. Submission of a registration is regarded as your acceptance of these Event Terms & Conditions.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Cancellations, in writing, are permitted up to and including October 31, 2022, less a USD 100 cancellation fee; students do not pay cancellation fees. In-Person registration cancellations can be converted to the Virtual package and the fee difference refunded with no cancellation fee. After October 31, cancelled in-person registrations may only be converted to the Virtual package and the difference in fees refunded without cancellation fee. There are no refunds for cancellation of Virtual registrations after October 31.

Refunds will be issued AFTER the conference in U.S. dollars (USD) via the original method of payment whenever possible. Registration fees for cancelled registrations cannot be applied to future ACLP conferences. No refunds of any kind are offered for registrants who do not cancel prior to the conference and who do not attend.

ABPN Diplomate
The American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN) has provided an education grant to ACLP to underwrite ACLP member pricing for any ABPN Diplomate. You must use a promotion code – which must be entered on the payment page of the registration process - provided by ABPN to receive this benefit. Please contact ABPN if you don't have this code. ACLP thanks ABPN for their collaboration via this grant on meeting the vital education needs of C-L Psychiatrists during the pandemic.
