Stephanie Rand, DO, is the associate residency program director for Montefiore Medical Center's department of Rehabilitation Medicine. She received her BA in Anthropology at New York University in 2006 and her DO from the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2010. She completed an Osteopathic Traditional Rotating Internship in at Nassau University Medical Center in East Meadow, NY and her Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation residency training at Montefiore Medical Center of Einstein School of Medicine in Bronx, NY which completed in July, 2014. She has stayed on staff at Montefiore Medical Center in the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine, and was appointment Associate Program Director for the Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation residency in January 2016. She holds dual Assistant Professor titles in the Arthur S. Abramson Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and in the Department of Anatomy & Structural Biology at Albert Einstein College of Medicine. Her teaching roles include precepting Montefiore’s PM&R residents in the outpatient settings and precepting the anatomy lab for first year medical students at Albert Einstein College of Medicine.
