Dr. Sarah Smith completed her internship and residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the University of Washington in Seattle, Washington. She is currently completing a fellowship in Neuromuscular Medicine at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Dr. Smith has a strong interest in neuromuscular ultrasound, and she ultimately hopes to help the physiatry community integrate the use of this important diagnostic tool into common practice.
