Dr. Creighton Powell was born and raised in a small town outside of Joneboro, Arkansas. After graduating high school he studied Biology at Arkansas State University where he earned his Bachelor of Science in 2013. Dr. Powell then trained at the University of Tennesssee College of Dentistry where he earned his Doctorate of Dental Surgery. After graudating in 2017, Dr. Powell practiced general dentistry in. small underserved community in Arkansas. This is where he developed his passion for treating children which inspired his application to pediatric dental resideny in 2020. After completing residency, Dr. Powell plans to enter private practice back in his hometown of Jonesboro, Arkansas. He is a member of both the ADA and AAPD. In his free time, Dr. Powell enjoys his time on the lake and hanging out with his golden retriever, Huck.
