Whitney Mumma, DDS is the chief pediatric dental resident at Cohen Children’s Medical Center in Long Island, New York. Originally from Tulsa, Oklahoma, Dr. Mumma graduated from John Brown University in northwest Arkansas with a Bachelor’s degree in Biology where she played soccer and even ran cross country for a season. Dr. Mumma attended the University of Oklahoma for dental school prior to moving to New York for pediatric dental residency. After residency, she is excited to move back home to Tulsa to start her career.
Dr. Mumma is married to her husband, Cody who is an oral surgery resident at Nassau University Medical Center. They have a golden retriever named Annie who loves exploring the Northeast on the weekends.
