Pediatric Dental Resident

Amandeep (Mandee) Pentlia, D.D.S., M.P.H., was born and raised in Toronto, Canada, and is presently a Pediatric Dental Resident at Children's Hospital Colorado. She received her Honours Bachelor of Science, Cooperative Education degree from the University of Waterloo in 2015 where she specialized in Biotechnology, Economics and French. During this time, Dr. Pentlia worked intermittently in healthcare IT, pharmaceuticals, disease management and technology consulting roles. She went on to pursue her Masters of Public Health at the University of Western Ontario (2016), and conducted research on mental health software and apps for adolescents. In 2016, Dr. Pentlia began her dental school training at the University of Detroit Mercy in Michigan and graduated in 2020. Dr. Pentlia is passionate about outreach and working with families of children with special health care needs. She is excited to begin her career as a Pediatric Dentist. Beyond dentistry, she enjoys travelling, skiing, cooking, and yoga.
