This lecture discusss the importance of understanding the circulation and anatomy of the pinna in the context of reconstructive surgery. Techniques covered include the use of local skin flaps to close defects of the pinna and closure options for tumor resection of the central portion of the pinna, including the “Inverted V” resection technique.
