PGY2 Infectious Diseases Pharmacy Resident

Dr. John Boulos is originally from Miami, Florida. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from the University of Florida, followed by his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of North Carolina Eshelman School of Pharmacy. He completed his PGY1 pharmacy residency at The University of Florida Health Shands Hospital in Gainesville, Florida. He is currently completing his PGY2 in infectious diseases at The Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland. Dr. Boulos’s professional interests include antimicrobial stewardship, global health, pharmacy administration, and infections in the immunocompromised host. Upon completion of his PGY2 infectious diseases pharmacy residency, he hopes to pursue a clinical specialist position at an academic medical center with opportunities for research and precepting.
