Epidemiologist

Kaitlin Forsberg is an epidemiologist for CDC in the Mycotic Diseases Branch. She received her MPH at Emory University in epidemiology and her BA in sociology and anthropology at Carleton College. Previously, she’s worked for CDC’s Division of HIV/AIDS Prevention and the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s Research. Her work in the Mycotic Diseases Branch focuses on drug-resistance in Candida, including the national response to C. auris, WHO’s Global Antimicrobial Resistance Surveillance System (GLASS), and the AR Lab Network.
