Anthony Mills MD, CEO and Principal Investigator, Men's Health Foundation
Los Angeles-based physician Anthony Mills is a leading clinician in the fields of men’s health and HIV disease. He serves as the primary care provider for over 2500 patients living with HIV.
Dr. Mills received his undergraduate and medical degrees from Duke University. He completed an internship in Internal Medicine, a residency in Anesthesiology, and a fellowship in Cardiovascular Anesthesiology, all at the University of California, San Francisco. He is a member in many professional societies including the Infectious Disease Society of America, HIV Medical Association, International AIDS Society, and the IAS-USA.
Dr. Mills is actively involved in the HIV community. He served for four years on the Executive Committee of the American Academy of HIV Medicine. He is a nationally recognized speaker on a variety of healthcare issues including HIV prevention and treatment and men’s health. Dr. Mills has served for the past 5 years on the LA County Commission for HIV, the Ryan White Planning Council for LA County. He is the founder of Men's Health Foundation.
Dr Mills is an experienced clinical investigator with extensive research experience. He has been a principal investigator on over 100 clinical trials dealing with many aspects of HIV disease and men’s health.
