Dr. Holly Biggs is a medical epidemiologist in the Respiratory Viruses Branch at the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention where she has focused on respiratory virus surveillance and outbreak support. Before joining CDC in 2013 as part of the Epidemic Intelligence Service, she completed training in internal medicine and infectious diseases at Duke University Medical Center. She received a Master’s in Public Health from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill and her medical degree from the University of Illinois.
