In her 10th year with PCC, a Benefit Corporation, Gratton's passion is to remove the obstacles preventing Pediatricians from providing the best quality of care for their communities while they maintain a true work life balance. This passion is only surpassed by her inquisitive desire to comprehend why basic human rights still isn't a reality for everyone.
In her spare time, Gratton takes great joy in her international travels. Her travels have led her hiking Machu Picchu and learning about its impressive history, white water rafting in Costa Rica and learning about why their eco system is incredibly important to maintain. After a descent into the catacombs of Paris she learned why they decided to take control of their water supply from private entities because water is a basic human right that shouldn't be exploited. Standing atop the Swiss Alps brought her to the realization the more she learns, the less she knows.
Gratton is not only an integral part of the PCC family but she becomes an integral part of the pediatric practices she helps.
She resides in the wild hills of Vermont with her dog Lexi.
