Chi Xu is an Applications Engineer at Texas Instruments High Voltage Power GaN Products team. He received the B.S. degree from Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Wuhan, China, in 2012, the M.S. degree from Zhejiang University, Hangzhou, China, in 2015, and the Ph.D. degree from The University of Texas at Dallas, Richardson, TX, US, in 2021, all in electrical engineering. In 2021, he joined Texas Instruments, where he is currently responsible for GaN products in high power AC/DC power delivery application. His research interest includes high-efficiency and high-power-density power conversion.
