Julie Duncan, Program Director Provider Compensation at AdventHealth Medical Group for the past 5 years in which I standardized the APP compensation package for our rapidly grouping APP population to include salary tiers, quality and productivity incentives which is outlined in a specialty specific handbook. Prior to Advent Health I was in Honolulu Hawaii working at the Queens Heath System for 2 years as the Director of Physician Compensation and at Lee Health in Florida as Director of Provider Compensation.
