Jared Steele is Vice President for the Heisenberg II (HII) solution. In that role, he leads HII growth initiatives and provides healthcare domain expertise to inform HII technology consideration and adoption.
In Jared’s prior role as a consultant with ECG Management Consultants, helped lead the firm’s provider compensation administration and operations service area. In this capacity, Jared was instrumental in defining best practices for how to appropriately manage and administer provider compensation plans. Having worked with dozens of provider compensation administrative teams, Jared is acutely aware of the frustrations medical groups experience with respect to their provider compensation administration division.
At HHCS, Jared helps organizations identify the gaps in their provider compensation administrative infrastructure to help ensure HII is appropriate and applicable to their specific needs.
Jared received his Master’s Degree in Health Informatics from UC Davis – which has further defined his credentials and understanding of how health-based information is curated, transported, and utilized, across the continuum of health services. He received his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Operations Management from the University of Utah.
