President and Chief Operating Officer
Cathryn Connolley, MHSA, is an award-winning and nationally recognized healthcare strategic business advancement, operations improvement and physician referral acquisition innovator, executive and leader.
Building on her more than 23-years of healthcare experience, Cathy co-founded Doctivity Incorporated to expand and innovate Doctivity software, a transformative product providing healthcare organizations with actionable data analytics for performance improvement, new revenue generation and business growth acceleration.
She launched SystemCare Health in 2015, a consulting company focused on expediting provider productivity ramp-up, business strategies for sustainable growth, operational process improvement, new revenue generation, and using data analytics for physician practice development. Those efforts resulted in the generation of more than $60 million in new revenue for clients.
From 2000 to 2014, Cathy held various leadership positions including Vice President of Marketing Strategy and Operations at Geisinger Health System in Pennsylvania, where she led a team of 65 marketing and business development professionals including the Director of Physician Relations and a seven-member physician liaison team. Her strategies at Geisinger provided annual return on investment of more than $25 million.
Cathy has been published multiple times and presents at national conferences on a variety of topics including healthcare business building, growth strategies and operational enhancement. She has also served as an adjunct faculty member at Marywood University, teaching graduate courses on healthcare business strategy and marketing.
She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations at Elizabethtown College and a Master of Science in Health Administration at Marywood University. When Cathy isn’t leading Doctivity Health, she enjoys golfing, skiing, cooking, and spending time with her husband, son and golden retriever, Sammy.
