Recently joined the Doctivity Health team as Vice President of Client Success and Product Development. Prior to joining Doctivity, I spent 20 years at Geisinger Health System in Pennsylvania, where I was instrumental in developing a best in class Physician Relations program as well as served as a clinical operations manager under the Musculoskeletal Institute. During my time with Geisinger, I was responsible for working with system leadership in clinical operations, C-Suite, and Business Development, as a strategic advisor, I was able to successfully obtain and utilize data, FTE, and business development resources to develop and execute critical referral growth strategies that put Geisinger at the forefront of growth and expansion. In 2018, I matriculated my extensive experience in referral development to clinical operations within the Musculoskeletal Institute where I was able to utilize my skillset and knowledge of the markets to assist in provider productivity growth and practice development strategies for Orthopaedics, as well as manage the day to day operations of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
