Traci Thibodeaux, MHA, RHCEOC, CMPE is the CEO Beauregard Health System (BHS). BHS is a rural general acute care hospital and community health system with four accredited Rural Health Clinics and seven traditional hospital-owned outpatient practices. Traci has over twenty years in progressive healthcare leadership roles in private practice and health systems in both rural and urban markets. Prior to joining BHS in 2017, Traci worked for Siemens Health Services, Cardiovascular Institute of the South, and Our Lady of Lourdes Regional Medical Center.
Traci holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology from the University of Louisiana Lafayette, and a Master of Health Administration from Franciscan University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Additionally, she’s served on the Board of the Boys and Girls Club of Acadiana from 2015-2017, is a Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, a Certified Medical Practice Executive, an NRHA Certified Rural Hospital CEO, and a Certified Emergenetics Trainer. Traci holds membership with a variety of professional organizations including American Hospital Association, National Rural Health Association, Louisiana Hospital Association, American College of Healthcare Executives, and the Medical Group Management Association.
