Devon has over a decade of experience in the healthcare industry working with payor, physician, hospital and pharmacy providers. Her background and training in professional project management gives her the ability to successfully plan, implement, and monitor multiple complex projects. At Mazars she manages a variety of client engagements, including value-based payment (VBP) performance strategies, managed care contract negotiations, and application development. Prior to joining Mazars, Devon was the Manager of Value-Based Programs at Affinity Health Plan, where she managed VBP model development, contracting strategies, performance analytics, and payment reporting for the Plan’s Medicaid network. Devon was also a Project Manager for NYU Langone, responsible for managing strategy development, performance metrics, and reporting requirements for the health system’s participation in the Delivery System Reform Incentive Payment (DSRIP) program. Her career in healthcare began as a Supervising Care Coordinator at Mandell’s Clinical Pharmacy, where she oversaw coordination of multiple time sensitive RX orders to ensure specialty medications were filled accurately and delivered on time to IVF patients across the globe. Devon graduated from Rutgers State University of New Jersey in New Brunswick, NJ.
