Lisa H. Soroka, MHSA, Principal is a founding member of The Marblehead Group LLC. She has been in the forefront of healthcare administration for over 20 years. Her clients include some of the country’s largest and most progressive healthcare organizations, ranging from large health systems to academic medical centers to public hospitals, health plans, research institutes, physician organizations and county health systems. Lisa’s extensive experience in virtually every aspect of hospital and physician practice management has enabled her to assist clients in achieving optimal business and operational performance within fiscal, service, mission, and market parameters.
Throughout Lisa’s career, she has worked in the areas of strategy, financial analysis and modeling, operations, contracting, and hospital-physician alignment. Her relevant experience includes designing and implementing a management model for physicians practicing within a county public teaching hospital, which led to the development and implementation of risk-based contracting strategies and the centralization of physician business activities.
