Marcia L. Brauchler, MPH, FACMPE, CPC-P, COC, CPC-I, CPHQ is the Founder and President of Physicians' Ally, Inc., a health-care consulting and boutique billing firm in Denver, Colorado. Over the past 23 years, Physicians’ Ally, Inc. has worked with clients in all 50 states. She advises physicians and practice administrators on managed care contracts, reimbursement, coding and compliance. Her prior experience includes working with non-profit HMO operations management, hospital administration, and as the Executive Director of several Colorado Independent Practice Associations. Ms. Brauchler is a published author and national speaker on contract negotiations, compliance regulations, coding issues, Medigap standardization, and marketing physician practices. She earned her B.S. in Public Health from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, her Master of Public Health (MPH) from the University of California at Los Angeles and in 2014, she received her Fellowship (FACMPE) in the American College of Medical Practice Executives from the Medical Group Management Association (MGMA). Ms. Brauchler is an instructor of the certified professional coding exam prep course at the University of Denver online.
