This session covers a lot of ground as an OVERVIEW of how to go about gathering what is needed to establish a payer renegotiation strategy, how to initiate renegotiations, how to model an offer and evaluate the impact of counter-offers, review of some key provisions other than the reimbursement, how to bring the negotiations to closure and review of the final agreement or amendment.
