Participants will learn a structured approach to process improvement that can improve customer service relationships and financial performance, as well as patient flow and overall practice systems. Through change/transition management, participants will learn the control review process and approaches to make permanent changes. This session makes extensive use of case studies from practices that focus on the process from the patient's point of view. Case topics include revenue cycle, cash flow, office operations, patient flow, staffing and turnover, treatment plan development and management, organizational culture, and structure. Participants will receive a certificate of completion for the Lean Six Sigma Program — MGMA Yellow Belt Certificate.
