Stephanie began her career in 2000, and has overseen multifamily risk and insurance programs since 2007. She has experience in managing risk management and insurance budgets, preparing emergency response plans, collaborating with legal experts on claims, overseeing incident reporting, and negotiating insurance placement and service agreements. Prior to joining Avenue5, Stephanie served as a regional account manager at Assurant, as the director of client insurance at Riverstone Residential Group, and as a property policy underwriter.
