Jennifer Owen focuses her legal practice in the representation of multi-family owners, developers and managers. In the multi-family area, Ms. Owen assists her clients in a broad range of residential landlord/tenant issues including drafting leases and determining applicable state laws on a nationwide basis, and assists her clients in evictions, fair housing matters, code enforcement, vendor disputes and premises liability issues. Ms. Owen is a founding member of the Legal Services Program of the Apartment Association of Greater Dallas, and contributes articles for its Rooflines magazine. Ms. Owen is active in the Texas Apartment Association and teaches the “Redbook” seminar across the state for TAA. Ms. Owen graduated from Washington University School of Law in 1986.
