Cayce Coon is the Vice President of Operations in DFW for Madera Residential and Rockwood Multifamily. She is the recipient of several industry awards including Lone Star Awards in 2013 and 2018, and Member of the Year in 2021 all with AATC. Currently, she is serving as President-Elect at AATC, on the BOD at TAA, and a Delegate for NAA. She holds her CAM, CAPS, and NAAEI Credentials and is an advocate for the continuing education/training of our industry professionals serving on both of her local associations' faculties. Cayce currently oversees 9300 units ranging from value-add opportunities to new mid-rise communities throughout Dallas/Ft Worth.
