I graduated with my medical degree from the University of Brasília in 2015 and completed a
neurological surgery residency in 2022 at Hospital de Clínicas da UNICAMP, Brazil. During my
residency, I had the opportunity to operate on CNS tumors, myelomeningoceles, spine lesions,
spine dysraphisms, and hydrocephalus in the pediatric population. Currently, I am a Brazilian
Society of Neurosurgery board-certified neurosurgeon and skull base research fellow at Cleveland
Clinic Florida. In this position, I have been able to complete abstracts, presentations, and
manuscripts on original research related to skull base anatomy, vascular neurosurgery, spine
surgery, and neurooncology.
