Please note that there will not be a virtual component to this event. All participation will take place in-person. CME credit will be offered for this event.

Registration Refund Policy: Please note that all requests for registration refunds must be sent via email to Anne Woolridge, advancedtherapies@surgonc.org, by January 31, 2023, for review. All refunds are subject to a $100 non-refundable processing fee. No refunds will be issued after January 31, 2023.
