Pediatric arterial disease includes a wide spectrum of congenital and acquired conditions. Treatment of these diseases also presents unique challenges, due to age and size of the patients and possible underlying genetic diseases. This session will examine the types of arterial disease encountered in children, how to establish a diagnosis and optimal treatment options.

Learning Objectives:

Upon completion, participants will understand the types of arterial diseases found in children and common presenting symptoms.
Upon completion, participants will understand how to diagnose and investigate pediatric arterial conditions.
Upon completion, participants will understand optimal treatment options for pediatric arterial disease, including medical, surgical and interventional therapies.
