The workshop reveal strategies for recognizing burnout and for prioritizing physical and mental health. We want to encourage and support wellness for those training in and working in IR so that work life balance is maintained.These topics are incredibly important in developing and maintaining professional career choices .

Learning Objectives:

Upon completion of the session, particpants will learn about some causes and statistics of gender specific burnout.
Particpants will be introduced to strategies and the importance of prioritizing physical and mental health for work life balance.
Participants will learn how to recognize risk factors for burnout.
