Dawn Ellison, MD, CPC is an Emergency physician who has found an encore career in engagement and well-being. She has been a Crucial Conversation Instructor with Mayo Health System, a professional coach since 2008, a certified stress management and resilience trainer and a global steward of Art of Hosting. Lately she has been using her skills of facilitation and knowledge of post-traumatic growth to conduct retreats for physicians and advanced practice providers who, like many of us, have been traumatized by the events surrounding the pandemic.
