Ruchira Garg, MD FACC FASE, is board-certified in pediatric and adult congenital cardiology who serves as Director of Congenital Non-Invasive Cardiology and Associate Director of the Guerin Family Congenital Heart Program at Cedars-Sinai Medical Hospital.
She completed pediatric residency at Johns Hopkins followed by pediatric cardiology fellowship at Nationwide Children’s Hospital in Columbus, Ohio. She followed this with senior fellowship training in non-invasive imaging at Boston Children’s Hospital.
She has established cardiac MRI programs at The Children’s Hospital Denver, Miami Children's Hospital and Arnold Palmer Hospital, in Orlando. She continues her clinical and research work with cardiac MRI, congenital and intraprocedural echocardiography as well as fetal cardiology in the Cedars-Sinai Heart Institute. She is a long-standing member of the Society for Magnetic Resonance Imaging and a Fellow in the American Society of Echocardiography and American College of Cardiology.
