Alison qualified as a diagnostic radiographer in 1992 from Bristol University, U.K. She has 27 years’ experience in MRI with 19 years dedicated to cardiac MR. She has worked in all areas of CMR and is currently the lead MR radiographer at Poole Hospital, University Hospitals Dorset, U.K. Alison is extensively involved in CMR education nationally and internationally and was the technologist representative on the Board of Trustees of SCMR from 2014 – 2017 and is still actively involved with SCMR. She is a Fellow of the SCMR and a visiting lecturer for the post graduate program at City University, London, U.K.
