Prof Bernhard Gerber is a Clinical Cardiologist and Professor of Medicine working in Non-Invasive Cardiac Imaging in Brussels Belgium. He performed a post-doctoral fellowship at Johns Hopkins University to train and develop cardiac MRI from 1998 until 2001 and is performs research in Multimodality Imaging and especially Cardiac MRI for more than 30 years. He was the Vice President and CMR section head of the European Association for Cardio-Vascular Imaging (EACVI) of the European Society for Cardiology (ESC) from 2020 until 2022. He is currently the president of the Belgian Society of Cardiology.
