Dr. Reid earned her medical degree atthe University of Liverpool, UK. She cpmpleted her cardiology training in Manchester, as well as a PhD in Advanced Cardiac Imnaging for Left Ventricular Hypertrophy (focusing on aortic stenosis, Anderson Fabry Disease and Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy). In 2020, she completed an Advanced Cardiac Imaging fellowship at St. Paul's hospital in Vancouver, with a specific interest in structural heart disease, before starting as a Consultant cardiologist at Wythenshawe Hospital, part of the manchester Heart Institute, UK.
Her particular interestes are in multimodality imaging, particularly in valvular heart disease and cardiomyopathies, and teaches and lectures regularly on these topics.
