Reverse appliqué is a great technique to showcase in modern quilts, and can make your work truly original. Students will work on each sea glass block step-by-step, and will learn how to use freezer paper as an outline, fold the appliqué seam in place nicely, and baste and sew the appliqué. Since the block size is small (finished size 4" x 4"), it is easy to manage and go through the process for those who are very new to reverse appliqué.
