(FCH031) Burnt-out Bullseye

Inspired by Becky Goldsmith's Bullseye Quilt and Audrey Esarey's Radial Quilt Series. The use of Russet and Mandarin fabrics reminds me of fire, hence the name "Burnt-Out". Concentric circular quilting completes the Bullseye.
