My quilt was inspired by a combination of diagrams of machine belt paths, the pegs of a plinko game board, and testing the bending limits of bias tape. The pieced circles were hand appliquéd onto a pieced field of vanilla custard, followed by quilting and binding, and finally the mandarin colored bias tape "belt" was hand appliquéd onto the quilt using the appliquéd circles as guideposts.
