Playing with a limited colour palette and the traditional Drunkard's Path block, I set about designing a giant flower. Essentially I chose two colours, blue & coral, and used two shades of each to form the flower. A friend commented that it reminded her of a kaleidoscope hence it's name! The quilting accentuates the shapes and gives it an art deco feel.
